Submit your baby’s photo to be included in the 2011 special Mother’s Day edition of Babies Make Mother’s Day, brought to you by the Nevada Appeal and Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center. This special publication features babies born in 2010 in and around Carson City. Vote for your favorite photo to pick this year’s Cover Baby, to be featured on the front cover of this special publication coming out May 1, 2011.
